Biography

Max Holiday is a Swedish and South African public-policy researcher with an international background spanning Europe, Africa, and Asia. He is currently pursuing a double MSc in Public Management and Social Development at Copenhagen Business School and Chinese Academy of Science in Beijing. Max holds a BSc in Sustainable Enterprise Development, specializing in environmental policy and sustainability reporting.

Professionally, Max has worked across climate technology, corporate strategy-building, and business analysis. As a Carbon Removal Associate at Klimate, he supported business development, evaluated carbon removal methodologies and solutions, and developed tools for sustainability reporting and implementation. Previously, at Polarbröd, he conducted research on workforce migration and youth engagement while supporting sustainability and communications initiatives. His earlier experience in business analysis at SABIS revolved around market research, financial and operational reporting, and ad hoc tasks.

As a Researcher with the Parley Policy Institute, Max applies his knowledge to research and analysis on international policy challenges, while contributing to publications and broader research initiatives. His interests include sustainable development, economic policy, and international cooperation in addressing complex global challenges.
