Biography
Jessica Earl is an international relations specialist focused on contributing to sustainable peace across deep divides. Her current research and analysis draw on her background in social welfare and disability advocacy, as well as her interest in understanding the conditions that prevent conflict and promote peace and security.
Jessica holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from St.Mary’s University and a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from Bowling Green State University. While currently working as the Operations Officer at Parley Policy Initiative, previous employment includes vocational expert testimony, adjustment counselling, and conflict mediation and training in the workplace setting.
Jessica’s research interests include the integration of positive approaches in peacebuilding, the dynamics of inter-Korean relations and its impact on peace and security issues, including potential pathways to long-term, stable peace. She is also interested in elevating the practice of peacebuilding by sharing the lived experiences and knowledge of peacebuilding practitioners from around the globe.
